Prof. Brandon Garrett (UVA School of Law) will present a talk titled "End of its Rope: What Explains the Decline in American Death Sentences?" This talk will be held in the Millhiser Moot Court Room, Sydney Lewis Hall, at 12 noon, on Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017. A book signing is to follow.
